Our services

Brain Path provides specialized driving instruction, including our Enhanced Instruction and BrainPath programs. Our programs are educational and instructional in nature.

No guarantee of a license

Learning to drive depends on many factors, including each student's effort, readiness, and circumstances. We do not and cannot guarantee that any student will pass a test or obtain a driver's license. No ethical instruction program can promise that outcome.

BrainPath is not a medical or therapeutic service

BrainPath is strategy-based, rehabilitation-informed driving instruction. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or occupational therapy, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

Registration and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you contact us or register. A parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent for any student under 18.

Eligibility and legal requirements

Students must meet Virginia's legal requirements to practice driving, including holding any learner's permit or license required by law. You are responsible for ensuring these requirements are met.

Safety and conduct

For everyone's safety, students must follow all traffic laws and the instructor's directions during lessons. We may pause, decline, or end instruction if we believe continuing would be unsafe.

Assumption of risk

Operating a motor vehicle involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the extent permitted by law.

Scheduling, payment, and cancellations

Lesson packages, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed with you. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Brain Path, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content on this website is owned by Brain Path, LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
