Cancellation Policy

We know schedules change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for lessons with Brain Path, LLC.

Refunds for lessons not yet provided

You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund for any lessons you have purchased but not yet received. We only charge for instruction we've actually delivered.

Giving notice to cancel or reschedule

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. With 48 hours' notice or more, there is no charge to reschedule, and any unused lessons remain fully refundable.

Late cancellations and reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $20 rescheduling fee.

BrainPath Episodes

Because BrainPath is planned individually in Episodes, any details specific to your plan will be confirmed with you before your Episode begins.
